To ensure the enjoyment of all
guests, Twin Lakes has established the following camping
regulations. We reserve the right to discharge any persons for failure to abide by campground regulations. Visitors
Camping Guests may receive visitors for the day or overnight. All visitors must register
upon their arrival, with the Welcoming Host or at the campstore and pay the appropriate fees.
Visitors, who are visiting camping Guests, for the day and not overnight, are welcome between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00
PM
All day visitors must leave by 11:00 PM Overnight visitors are allowed only if there is room within the registered camping Guests’
accommodations or upon receiving authorization from the park hosts.
We reserve the right to limit the
number of persons occupying and/or visiting a site.
Age to Rent, Parental
Responsibility, and Curfew.
In order to rent a campsite, cottage, or cabin, there must be one individual 21 years
or older in the party.
All individuals under the age of 18 must be on their sites by 11:00 PM unless accompanied by an adult.
Parents are responsible for the safety and actions of their children.
Quiet Hours. Our enforced quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Pets
Small pets are only allowed on campsites. Please note that due to Health Department regulations, pets are not allowed in any rental accommodations or on those sites.
If your pet joins you for your stay at Twin Lakes, please observe the following regulations:
- Pets must be on a leash at all
times when in the resort.
- Pets should not be allowed to
disturb other guests.
- Pet owners are responsible for
“scooping the poop.”

- Pets are not to be left unattended
outside your camping unit, or in any vehicle.
- Pets are not allowed in any
public buildings, swimming pools, pool areas, or any other areas posted “No
Pets.”
- Do not allow pets to use the bathroom around landscaping-use the woods instead.

Check-In & Check-Out.
Check-Out time for campsite and cabin/cottage accommodations is 2:00 PM Guests may check in earlier if the site or cabin/cottage is available.
If you would like to extend your stay beyond your scheduled departure date, please check with the office prior to 10:00 a.m. to determine availability.
Swimming Pool.
Open mid-May through mid-September. Pool Hours: 9 a.m. to dusk. Twin Lakes offers a 30’ x 60’ pool (depth: 3’-5’)
and a 12’ round wading pool (approximate depth: 18”) for small children.
To help ensure the safety of all our Guests, we ask that you follow our pool regulations.
Our pools are not staffed with lifeguards. Swim at your own risk.
Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.

Theft, Accidents, or Injuries.
We are not responsible for theft, accidents, or injuries occurring during your stay.
Speed Limits and Prohibition
of Specific Vehicles.
- Three-wheelers are NOT allowed in the park--licensed motorbikes only.
- Please observe our speed limits: Main Entrance 15 MPH to Bridge then 5 MPH throughout the rest of the park. Paradise Island paved entrance 15
MPH.
Alcoholic Beverages, Illegal
Drugs, and Contraban.
Alcoholic Beverages in buildings, pavilions, lake and pool areas are prohibited.
Open display of alcoholic beverages in remainder of park is prohibited.
Our park caters to families, and it is our endeavor to create a wholesome atmosphere for children and adults alike. Protection of Nature and Park.
Help us to maintain our natural state by not defacing, cutting, driving nails into or attaching objects to trees, bushes, or light poles.
Site Cleanliness.
Please keep your site free of debris, cans, bottles, and other litter.
Please place garbage for disposal in plastic bags only, then place near the road to be picked up.
When leaving your site, make sure it is as clean as you found it.
Fire Prevention and Control of
Fires. Campfires must never be left unattended.
Guests must exercise caution with campfires to prevent fires.
Where permitted, smoking or smoking-related materials must be completely
extinguished when discarded.
Fireworks and Firearms.
Fireworks are prohibited. Firearms are prohibited except as
permitted by law.
Bicycle Safety.
Twin Lakes Resort welcomes the use of bicycles in the park. To aid the comfort and safety of all our Guests, we ask you to observe the following safety rules:
- Riding after dusk is strictly
prohibited.
- Riding is prohibited on the
walkover bridge to Paradise Island.
- Parking bikes on the campstore
porch is prohibited.
- Do not ride through the
campstore/pool walkway.

- Riding is prohibited inside the
Pavilion.
- When at the campstore, bikes must
be parked in the bike rack.
- Do not ride through camp
sites.
